BEST (Brookfield Elementary Support Team)
A group of parents, teachers, and concerned citizens who work to improve opportunities for children in the school.

Quaboag/Quacumquasit Lakes Association
A group of citizens who live around the lakes and are concerned with the quality of the lakes.

Brookfield Rod and Gun Club
The Brookfield Rod and Gun Club was incorporated in 1933 and has been promoting and supporting local residents' interest in sportsmanship for more than 60 years. They sponsor fishing derbies, an annual turkey shoot, and firearms courses.

Brookfield Senior Citizens Club
Meets first and third Tuesday at 1:30 pm at the Town Hall.

Alcoholics Anonymous
Meetings are Wednesday evenings at 7 pm at the Brookfield Congregational Church.

Friends of the Lewis Field
A group of citizens working to improve the Town's recreational facilities.

Friends of the Library
The Friends hold fundraisers and other events throughout the year to complement the Town's library services. Be sure to visit their book sale on Apple Country Fair day.

Brookfield Community Club
The purpose of Brookfield Community Club is to foster community spirit and fellowship and to provide assistance and service to the Town of Brookfield and its schools, including the Tantasqua Regional School District. To this end, the Brookfield Community Club (BCC) will raise funds, the proceeds of which shall be used exclusively to provide grants and donations to be used either to fund projects that will benefit the inhabitants of the Town of Brookfield, Massachusetts or to provide awards in recognition of community service projects.

The Brookfield Community Club organizes the annual Apple Country Fair.

A.P.P.L.E. SEED
Average People Promoting a Loving Environment. Currently working on projects to beautify Route 9, bring an assisted living facility for the elderly to Brookfield area residents, and maintain and expand use of Twichell's Grove. They publish the monthly community newspaper, The Brookfield Citizen.

Quaboag Historical Society
Volunteers from throughout the original Quaboag Plantation working to preserve the history of the area. They maintain a small museum at the Merriam Gilbert Public Library in West Brookfield.
